Proof of employee out of pocket payment must be uploaded.  A photo of your check carbon copy is required.

Employees are now eligible to receive up to $400 in reimbursement.  A check will be mailed.

Vest reimbursements are processed quarterly, please allow 8-12 weeks for processing.
